Keith has had extensive experience in the construction industry across a wide variety of construction-related fields (Project Management, Principal Consultant, Building Design, Engineering, Construction and Building Certification). His experience provides a broad perspective on the challenges that face all forms of commercial, industrial and residential development and the skills to provide innovative solutions to meet all briefs and budgets.
Keith has completed an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology, and a Bachelor of Building Surveying. Keith holds an Open Building Design License, a Low Rise Builders License and a Project Management License under the QBCC. Keith is also an Endorsed Sustainable Building Designer. Currently, Keith is the President/delegate for the CQ Branch of the Building Designers Association and on the committee of Management for the CQ Branch of the Master Builders. He is also a member of the Fire Protection Authority.
With over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Keith is highly qualified in many areas. He has had the opportunity to work on an array of projects within the public and private sectors. Most recently, he has had the opportunity to work on various projects with QBuild, the Department of Education and Training (DOE), and other Government Departments and Local Authorities. His success can be attributed to his ability to manage and foster key stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Some of the most recent projects he has been involved in include the New Police Station in Biloela, Moura Museum and Library, Fountain Street and Emu Park Community Housing projects, Awooga Fish hatchery, Access Recreation Professional Offices and many more.

Glenn is a Director and co-founder of Designtek and is registered as an open-class building designer with the Queensland Building & Construction Commission. With 20+ years of experience in building design, project management & construction management, Glenn is well-positioned to provide design & management consultancy for complex projects.
Academically, Glenn has completed a Bachelor of Building Design at Central Queensland University (CQU). Following the completion of tertiary study, Glenn has taken part in an industry review of built environment courses offered by CQU. Glenn continues to maintain a strong relationship with CQU, providing casual lecturing in key study areas of complex building design, contract documentation and commercial building legislation.
Professionally, Glenn has developed considerable experience in education projects across Queensland whilst employed under Tony Madden Architects. Such commissions included new school master planning, entire school refurbishment & redevelopment, new learning spaces, multipurpose centres and performing arts centres. Highlights include RAIA awards for facilities at St Brendan’s College, Yeppoon (2003) and Shalom College, Bundaberg (2003). Experience in education projects provides for the construction of new lecture facilities at CQU Bundaberg, the Refurbishment of research facilities at CQU Rockhampton & non-traditional project delivery at Taranganba State School & Biloela State High School.
Glenn has extensive experience in the delivery of projects by traditional and non-traditional methods. This experience has provided an opportunity to develop meaningful working relationships with numerous building contractors and sub-contractors throughout the Central Queensland region. With a can-do attitude and a good work ethic, Glenn applies himself 100% to every project he undertakes to achieve the best results possible for every client.

Kurt started out working for a developer in New Zealand, gaining valuable experience in architectural documentation and project management. Kurt has worked with Designtek since 2011 and has since obtained his Open Class QBCC Building Designers Licence.
Kurt has developed a considerably broad range of experience in all facets of building design and project management, and is competent in institutional, commercial, industrial and residential developments. Kurt is a highly skilled BIM modelling / CAD manager, particularly specialising in Revit Architecture.
Kurt has grown through his professional experience to develop exceptional communication, on both a technical and graphical level, delivering distinctive, aesthetic designs with clear and precise detailing. Kurt’s quality documentation saves money.
As a key team member of Designtek, Kurt works alongside the Directors to deliver projects of all kinds that not only meet the client’s brief but also exceed their expectations.

All the way from Tokyo, Japan, Sho brings a unique blend of creativity and technical experience to the Designtek team. Sho holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture and Building Engineering from Kanto Gakuin University in Yokohama, Japan. His flair for technology and visuals shines through his stunning artist impressions, 3D fly-throughs, and animations, which have been a massive hit with clients and stakeholders alike.
Sho is also highly skilled in Building Information Modelling (BIM), with the ability to model even the most complex buildings and identify potential construction issues well before they become costly onsite. Since joining Designtek in 2018, Sho has firmly cemented himself as part of the Designtek family. Relly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture with demonstrated experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture & Engineering disciplines through a wide range of projects both in Australia and abroad. Relly’s international experience has seen him deliver projects in the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, China, Taiwan, India, Africa, and the UAE.
This project experience has included the development of projects from conceptual design through to contract documentation on residential developments, condominium housing, streetscapes, landscape parks, resort development, retail and commercial spaces, and large-scale industrial parks.
Relly joined the team at Designtek in June 2021, predominantly working on State Education projects. With his vast and varied international experience, Relly has quickly developed a good understanding of Design Standards and codes that apply to State Education projects. With a strong work ethic, positive attitude and broad professional experience, Relly is a valuable member of the Designtek team.

Garth is an experienced project leader with 30 years in the architectural profession. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in a diverse range of architectural disciplines spanning from education, commercial, retail and aged care.
With Garth’s experience, he is equipped with the understanding and appreciation of the whole design process, working on projects from the concept phase through to documentation and construction. He has a deep knowledge of construction, detailing and architectural documentation.
